Adults
Hardison is a church family made up of many different people, from various walks of life. HBC adults range in their life circumstances from people who are single, to married couples, as well as divorced or widowed people. One thing they all have in common is a deep love for God and a genuine love for one another. HBC offers helpful and practical Bible instruction for every individual and his or her unique situation in life. Various adult Sunday School classes and many activities and events provide opportunities for connection and strong fellowship.
Children’s Ministry
Hardison provides many exciting opportunities for children to discover the love of Christ and learn how they might deepen their relationship with Him. The purpose of HBC Children’s Ministries is to help develop the younger generation of Christians into godly adult worshipers. Sunday School classes are available for children of every age. The lessons are always geared toward the child’s age and comprehension level, laying the foundation for a lifetime of spiritual growth.
Ladies
HBC Ladies enjoy a sweet friendship with one another and get together regularly for fellowship and prayer. The ladies are provided with many exciting opportunities designed just for them and their needs throughout the year.
Men
HBC has a group of Christian men who love the Lord, their families and one another. There are many ministry opportunities for men to serve God, develop strong relationships with other men, and grow spiritually.
Missions
HBC is a missions-minded church. Several missionaries receive financial support each month from HBC. Utilizing the Faith-Promise method of missions budgeting, the church is able to fulfill Christ’s Great Commission by supporting many missionary projects across the globe. Support is provided individually to exceptional ministry partners whom serve on the foreign field, as well as stateside, in the labor of church planting and related ministries.
Music
Hardison Baptist Church is a worshipping church. In Ephesians 5:19, God instructs the church to praise Him with “psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” HBC’s worship services allow for God’s people to corporately praise God during congregational singing and many opportunities are available for one to use his or her musical talents for the Lord by participating in the choir, special singing groups, instrumental specials and as soloists.
Nursery
HBC provides complimentary, quality childcare during our all our worship services in our bright, sanitary and well staffed nurseries. Our children’s ministry is continually updating protocols so as to ensure safety and security. Our nursery personnel are fully vetted and are well trained and trustworthy. Mom and dad can be assured their baby will be well taken care of, as they enjoy the service.
Youth
HBC’s Student Ministry is an exciting program for young people in their teens and young twenties. We encourage young people to reach all the potential God has given them and to live their lives with faith in Christ and a genuine concern for others. We provide a positive peer group to support, encourage, and pray for each other. They participate in various youth activities, retreats, and conferences throughout the year.
